Astral Projection has long been a subject of study throughout many cultures. The typical consensus is the existence of the ability to separate the mind from the physical body. Many studies suggest profound spiritual revelations accompanied by mastering astral projection could deeply benefit many individuals who seek spiritual understanding.

Astral projection is the ability to leave the body. It is said that everyone leaves their body at night, once the physical mind is put to sleep. Once asleep the subconscious takes over and this is when astral projection can occur. When astral projection is achieved, the ability to visit distant places and view the universe in an entirely new way is made available to you. The possibilities are limitless when one enters the astral plane.

The ability to astral project at will is not something you can learn overnight. In some cases, it takes years to develop the ability, while in others, only days. All learning depends on the person and the mental control they possess, forcing an astral projection is not possible. Only through a relaxed and controlled mental meditative state can one achieve personal passage into the astral plane. The ability itself though is housed within all of us and whether we remember or become aware of it or not many people may pass through to the astral plane without their knowledge through a deep meditative state of mind. The depth of understanding we as a people possess of the human brain is still quite limited. It is said throughout history and by many hundreds of scientists and those working in either sociological or psychological fields that we only use 10% of our brains potential power. The 10% percentage is not to suggest that there is 90% of brain left for us to unlock new abilities or divine power but yet that there is much room for learning that goes unused by many. Astral projection must be learned, not the ability itself but to recognize the potential and act upon it.

Many benefits have been recorded throughout history through studies and surveys which add to the curiosity surrounding the ability to astral project at will, or master astral projection. Of those benefits the most frequent to have been discussed was the realization of the connection between the physical world and the astral plane. A heightened sense of understanding and strong spiritual belief became a permanent part of their understanding which changed their lives forever. Many spoke of the deeply routed search for answers to many of life’s questions being personally answered throughout their travels in the astral plane, many though went on to say that they could not divulge those answers to individuals here in the physical world because any and all answers were personal and pertinent only to those brave enough to seek them out on their own.
